Returns & Refunds Policy (Food Products)

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up.

This policy is in place to ensure food safety and quality for all our customers.


Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@niftynyankosbakery.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Nifty Nyanko’s Bakery are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Baked goods and food items

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for food products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist.


European Union Orders

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods, including food products. Therefore, EU orders of our baked goods are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once shipped.
