📍 Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within the GTA.
If you’re unsure whether your address is within our delivery zone, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries are made on:

• Days: Monday to Sunday

• Time Window: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or order volume.

⏱ Order Processing Time

All items are freshly baked and prepared after your order is placed.

• Please allow 24–72 hours for order preparation.
  

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is out for delivery.

💵 Delivery Fees

• Flat delivery fee: $10.99
  

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been delivered.

🧁 Failed or Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

• If we are unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address or no one being available, the order may be returned.

• Redelivery may incur an additional fee.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed for missed deliveries.
